Seriously they're in the public domain in the USA. I dunno about other regions like in european and such but if you're in the USA you can legally use them. This includes making a story where they meet up and kiss. You can draw them making out and make cute/hunky boys/girls/anything else, why is no one doing this we have the power. Why isnt there any fanart of oswald and pooh (not their modern disney versions mind you just their older versions that are public) kissing. it can be canon, why isnt anyone doing this! Hell throw in felix in there as a matter a fact that fucker aint seeing ANY use anymore quite frankly, they could use a lil something to brighten their day. Like kissing oswald and pooh.
